Rose-marie RustRose-marie is the overall manager for both sites and has responsibility for the development of the Co-operative, and external liaison. Rose-marie has an Advanced Diploma in Community Services (Children's Services) and has 22 years of childcare experience. She also represents the Co-op in industry groups. Rose-marie has been with the Co-op since its inaugaration in 1992 |

Rebecca EastwoodRebecca has a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and is the program co-ordinator. She has been working for the East Melbourne Child Care Co-op since 2006. |
